PGW

PGW in Środa Śląska is a large company, in which, due to the nature of work, there is a division between office workers and physical workers. The departments do not have a chance to cooperate with each other or get to know each other better.

The company wanted to integrate both environments by organising a joint event. Our agency prepared two events. The first was Pizza Day. On that day, a chillout zone appeared next to the company building – with deckchairs, comfortable poufs, pallet tables and umbrellas. The “Happy Little Truck” food truck also arrived, which provided pizza to participants. The team-building event was so successful that a year later we had the chance to organise another one – the Burger Day.
